  • Calendar Integration: Adding events directly to your iOS Calendar app
  • Usage Limits: Daily conversion limits based on your subscription tier

User Accounts and Subscriptions

Free Service

  • Limited to 2 calendar conversions per day
  • Includes advertisement display between conversions
  • Basic event creation functionality

Premium Subscription

  • Up to 20 calendar conversions per day
  • Ad-free experience
  • Priority processing for faster response times
  • Advanced photo analysis capabilities

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

  • Creating legitimate calendar events for personal or professional use
  • Processing reasonable amounts of text and image data
  • Integrating with your personal iOS Calendar application
  • Using the Service in accordance with applicable laws

Prohibited Uses

  • Abuse: Excessive API calls, automated usage, or attempting to circumvent usage limits
  • Harmful Content: Processing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Commercial Exploitation: Reselling, redistributing, or commercializing the Service
  • System Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service

Payment and Billing

Subscription Fees

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime through your Apple App Store account settings
  • Access to premium features continues until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • EventAI app, technology, and AI models are proprietary to Level Up Life
  • All trademarks, logos, and brand names are owned by Level Up Life
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of text and images you input into the Service
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content for Service functionality
  • We do not claim ownership of your calendar events or personal data

Privacy and Data

Termination

By You

  • Delete the app to terminate your account
  • Cancel subscriptions through the App Store

By Us

  • We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
  • Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations

Changes to Terms
